DealSimple Customer Survey Sweepstakes — Official Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of DealSimple, Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period
The sweepstakes begins on May 6, 2026 and ends on May 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"), unless extended by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to extend the Sweepstakes Period for any reason by posting an updated end date in these rules. Any extension will not affect the validity of entries already received. Entries received after the end date, as may be extended, will not be eligible. The drawing will be conducted within two (2) business days of the close of the Sweepstakes Period.

4. How to Enter
To enter, complete the DealSimple Customer Survey in full via the link provided during the Sweepstakes Period. One (1) entry per person. Entries submitted by automated means or third parties will be disqualified.

5. Minimum Entry Threshold
The drawing will only take place if a minimum of four hundred (400) eligible survey responses are received by the close of the Sweepstakes Period (the "Minimum Threshold"). If the Minimum Threshold is not met by the close of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to either: extend the Sweepstakes Period pursuant to Section 3 until the Minimum Threshold is reached; or cancel the sweepstakes entirely, in which case no prize will be awarded. In the event of cancellation under subsection (b), entrants will have no claim against Sponsor arising from such cancellation.

6. Prize
Five (5) winners will receive a $100 USD Amazon gift card. Approximate retail value: $100 USD. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at DealSimple's sole discretion. DealSimple reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period within two (2) business days of the end date. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their entry within 2 business days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 2 business days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. DealSimple may require the winner to complete and return a W-9 or equivalent tax form prior to prize fulfillment. Cumulative annual prizes valued over $600 USD will be reported to the IRS as required by law.

9. Privacy & Data Use
Survey responses will be used in aggregate to improve the DealSimple product. Individual responses will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. By entering, participants agree to DealSimple's Privacy Policy available at https://dealsimple.ai/privacy. Winner's name and state of residence may be made available upon request as required by applicable law.

10. General Conditions
DealSimple reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion, as determined by DealSimple in its sole discretion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of DealSimple, which are final and binding in all matters related to this sweepstakes.
